Legal notice for POPA PLATFORM OF PERFORMING ARTS

This document describes your user experience at POPA PLATFORM OF PERFORMING ARTS (hereinafter, POPA), which you accept by visiting our website www.popa.global, our social media and/or buying our courses and/or events. Last update: December 2020.

What you may do as a user

  • Contact us to ask for information about courses or events and/or buy access to them.
  • Access on demand courses or attend the event of your purchase, as well as the material available in each case.

What you may not do as a user

  • Collect details and/or information from other users. 
  • Damage in any way the proper functioning or copy our website design and/or our courses or events.
  • Bother, intimidate and/or harass other users.
  • Use offensive, intimidating or pornographic language, or that which may invite violence in events.
  • Copy the content of courses or events and/or distribute them without our authorization.

These rules help us build a healthy artistic community which is nurturing for all of us. Should you fail to comply with these rules, you may be excluded from the site and, at any claim, you will release POPA and/or the members of its team from any responsibility. 

As regards payment of our courses and events,  we use Mercado Pago (in Argentina) and Paypal (rest of the world). Therefore, we refer to the legal notice of each platform or those transactions performed from our website. 

After accrediting payment, you will receive an e-mail indicating the access information for the on demand course you have acquired or the event you have enrolled for. Should you face any inconvenience in accessing, please write to comunicaciones@popa.global.

In the case of on demand courses, once the purchase is made, we do not offer any kind of reimbursement, as it is a digital product with immediate access and, as such, it is exempted from the Argentinian legislation. 

In the case of events, a refund will only be made if solicited at comunicaciones@popa.global with 48 hours notice before the date of the event. In case of cancellation of the event, we will contact you to communicate the rescheduling date and, in case of not being able to attend in the new date, we will reimburse the charge. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, we will contact you to proceed with the refund of the paid amount. In case of taking a refund, it will be done by means of the payment method used for the purchase.

POPA PLATFORM OF PERFORMING ARTS is a registered trade mark and all the content of this website and our social media is under authorship and ownership of PIPA PRODUCE S.R.L. Therefore, any unauthorized use of its trademarks and/or content published in this website or social media represents a violation of our intellectual property rights.

In the same way, the content of courses and material shared in the events are protected by copyright, and POPA holds marketing exclusivity. Any unauthorized copy is a violation liable to legal claim.

We protect your data. They are confidential and are safe. The moment you subscribe to our mailing or register to buy a course or event, all we ask for is an email address which we will use to contact you in relation to the purchase made or to send you news from POPA. You can unsubscribe any time and stop receiving our emails. All you have to do is let us know at info@popa.global
